Service 108A will be withdrawn from Friday 14th July 2023

Will be withdrawn due to low passenger numbers. Alternative journeys from Prestonpans or Tranent to the Research Centre are provided by Service 110. A link from Musselburgh is available by using Service 111 and connecting with Service 110 in Prestonpans.
An 'ERC Staff' Day Ticket will be available to purchase from the driver priced at £6.00, a saving of 25% compared to buying single tickets for each journey.
A 'Rural South Zone' ticket is available on the myTrip app also priced at £25.00 for 7 consective days which allows travel between Musselburgh and the Research Centre. *Please note 'Urban Zone' tickets are not valid for travel to Elphinstone Research Centre

There are multi-journey tickets available in paper form which can be bought on bus or mobile tickets on our myTrip app for Adults, NHS Staff* & Research Centre Staff and are available for use in our Urban Zone, Urban/Rural North Zones, Rural South Zone or across All Zones and priced accordingly.

Please be aware that all bus stops are 'tagged' within our ticketing system so for example an Urban Zone ticket will work between Musselburgh and Tranent, but not from Macmerry.
